Global Leadership Adventures (GLA) and Teen Travel Network (TTN) Booking Form

  • To book with StudentUniverse, fill out your child's name and date of birth (as it appears in their passport) along with the trip information.
  • Parents should fill in their contact phone number and email for communication with booking agents (NOT the child/teen email).
  • Under "Name of Program" please enter both country and program name as it appears in your child's enrollment documents. For example, "Costa Rica: Spanish Service Adventure" or "Peru: Spanish Service Adventure". Failure to list entire program name will delay your booking process.
  • Under special preferences, feel free to add parent names and additional emails (ex. other guardian/parent) if needed.
  • After submitting this information, StudentUniverse will follow up with you through email in 3-5 business days with flight options.
  • Please check your spam/promo folders from StudentUniverse.com.
