Arrival Date: All participants who will be flying should arrive on Thursday, October 13; preferably flights should arrive before 5 pm as there is a welcome dinner at 6:30 pm at Stanford.
Departure Date: All participants who will be flying should have flights that depart on October 15 after 5 pm as there are required activities up until 2:30 pm at Stanford.
