All scholars are expected to participate in the entire program. To that end, please ensure you schedule your independent flights as follows:
- Group activities begin in Ulaanbaatar on the evening of September 10 and end in Ulaanbaatar on the evening of September 17.
- Your flight should arrive in Ulaanbaatar by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 10. Hotel rooms are available for check-in beginning at 2:00 p.m. that day.
- Your flight can depart Ulaanbaatar any time on Monday, September 18. Hotel room check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out can be requested but is not guaranteed.
- If you would to book additional hotel nights at the group hotel before or after the program, please contact Meredith at mnarrowe@stanford.edu for availability and pricing.
