Last year, we partnered with Europe’s largest student organization, the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), to help students travel cheaper during their Erasmus experience.
Today, we announced a commitment to the growth of the brand in Europe and a renewal of this successful partnership. Through this renewal, we will help hundreds of thousands of international students gain greater access to discounted travel opportunities during their Erasmus experience and to reach more ESN sections and members this year. StudentUniverse’s travel services team will also help ESN’s member organisations with group bookings to travel to ESN events worldwide.
Travel plays a fundamental role in a student’s Erasmus experience. Over the last year, ESN experienced a 55% increase in ESN membership card registrations by students wanting to access partner benefits and travelling is one of the main resources that the Erasmus students have to increase their intercultural understanding.
