StudentUniverse continues to grow, and we’re looking for a smart and innovative software engineer with a firm base in web-based technologies for our Waltham, MA office. As a developer at StudentUniverse, you’ll have a pivotal role in creating, planning, and executing new ideas and projects:

We’re looking for developers with:

• A B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (2-5 years)
• Mobile experience (native app experience a plus)
• Experience with: HTML, CSS and Javascript Frameworks such as JQuery and AngularJS
• Ecommerce experience using Grails, Java, Spring and/or Hibernate
• Experience with Version Control Systems (especially GIT)
• Experience working with Selenium and test-driven development
• A passion for travel

The ideal person will have a proven ability to think creatively and thrive independently as a member of a small team.  We move quickly, and our developers need to be able to handle high speed and rapidly changing requirements as part of our iterative development cycle.
