Website Operations Manager


  • Ensure the quality of major software releases and patch builds
  • Learn products, processes, technology, and apply that knowledge in a productive manner to ensure quality testing of new software releases and support in diagnostics of site issues
  • Participate in all phases of the software development process, from design through production
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing bug fixes and enhancements ensuring relevant bugs are assigned and incorporated into appropriate software releases by working closely with developers and project managers
  • Participate in build deployment and software releases pushing relevant code to Beta and Production
  • Assist in the monitoring of the Beta environment including Beta testing, review and analysis or Beta data to determine quality of released code
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive functional specifications and test case checklists for software releases
  • Assist in the development and contribute to library of test plans covering all QA functionality
  • Assist in the execution of test cases and managing bug database
  • Assist in the monitoring of the Production environment including logs, open tickets, and Beta testing
    • Operations issues – triage, research and maintain open issues relating to project, bug and enhancement releases
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Website Operations


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communications, marketng, or related field and 1-3 years experience in project management or related discipline
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Methodical and great time management skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with proven experience in people management
