Our culture
At the office, we foster a collaborative culture of growth and dedication so that we can get amazing work done. Our hands-on mentality mixed with a fun work culture means we can actually enjoy each other—inside and outside of the office. (Yeah, we actually want to hang out with each other after work.) We recognize good work by celebrating with an annual National Ball—and by sending outstanding team members each year to a global conference in places like Singapore and Berlin.
Who we are
Who are we? We’re a diverse, quirky, fun group of marketers, techies, data nerds and travel gurus. We’re data-driven and globally-focused. We keep it casual—because fancy clothes don’t always make better work. We love to celebrate our wins and work together to learn from our mistakes. We enjoy doing things we love to fuel work that matters.
The daily grind
Isn’t it time you stopped dreading Mondays? Days at the office don’t need to be boring. We have weekly game nights (complete with drinks from our kitchen beer fridge!) and play softball after work on Fridays in the summer. Speaking of summer Fridays, we all end work at 3pm on Fridays during the summer—a great way to give our team a bit of an extra break during Boston’s best weather.
Outside the office
Outside the office means next-level fun—think end-of-summer lobster bakes, an annual holiday party with travel prizes, midweek chili cook-offs and ski trips. Don’t think a ski trip with your coworkers sounds like a good time? Come meet us and let us change your mind.
