Sydney Bites Down Under (and I don’t mean the shark type!)

While Sydney crawls its way up the ‘most expensive places to live’ list, it’s easy to forget the possibility of a Uni lifestyle, because lo and behold, student-friendly pockets exist and eating on a budget is on the cards! Hard to deny her natural beauty, Sydney’s food scene has taken advantage of the endless coastline, harbour inlets and the modest bustle of the CBD. With industrial foundations spread throughout, it’s no doubt fertile ground for gentrification- and when old meets new here Down Under- something tasty happens. From the Northern Beaches, to New-York-style drinking holes, and up the coastline to the infamous Bondi Beach, Sydney is tempting you with tastes one meal at a time. (more…)

South Pacific Region: The Pros and Cons

Offering surreal surf destinations, exhilarating adventures and breathtaking views, it is no surprise that the Land Down Under has become a hotspot for semester abroad students. International exchange students are swapping one English speaking country for another and are choosing to indulge in vegemite sandwiches from the carefree nation which brings us endless options for new experiences. Semester at Sea: The Pros and Cons

Semester at Sea is arguably the most comprehensive study abroad program available to students today. The nonstop travel from country to country and constant exposure to new cultures is both daunting and exhilarating. Whether you’re already a seasoned traveler or have never ventured outside of the United States, this program is guaranteed to test your limits and leave you more competent and confident than you were before.
