Spotlight on Our UT Austin Contest Winner

We recently caught up with Justin Thamsorn, the winner of our UT Austin contest. Justin won a $1,000 air travel voucher after entering a contest at the StudentUniverse booth at an event he attended at the University of Texas at Austin. Resolve to travel more this new year? CNN lists 10 exciting attractions opening in 2015

The first of the top 10 most exciting attractions opening in 2015 was the Hello Kitty Park in the Zhejiang Province, China. Hello Kitty’s adoring fans lined up on New Year’s Day to enjoy the 11 themed facilities, including: performance venues, amusement rides, a luxury resort and a grand mahjong hall. The project cost $215 million and is the first Hello Kitty theme park outside of Japan. It is expected to attract one million visitors per year. (more…)
