Arcadia University Center for Education Abroad has partnered with StudentUniverse to assist our program participants in finding the most convenient routes and the most affordable prices for your overseas travel.

There is not a group flight organized for your study abroad program. You will be required to book your flight independently. Arcadia has provided a suggested flight in your program calendar but you are not required to book on that flight, as it may not be available based on the date you book.

Please refer to your program calendar online or contact Arcadia staff if you have any questions prior to booking your flight.

Important Note:

It is best to arrive prior to 12:00PM on the scheduled arrival date so you will be able to travel from the airport to the appropriate orientation site and check in with Arcadia overseas staff. Finally, please review all of the rules and regulations that apply to your ticket prior to purchase and send a copy of your flight itinerary to Rich Conroy (conroyr@arcadia.edu) at Arcadia.
