Invite Your Friends for Study Abroad Spring Break 2013
A few months from now, you will be living the dream… just imagine it – all night parties at the best clubs in the world, incredible sightseeing, and global friendships that will last a lifetime.
This, my friends, is what studying abroad is all about. The only thing missing? Your nearest and dearest friends from home! You know who I’m talking about, your friends who wanted to join you in studying abroad, but for one reason or another - it just didn’t happen.
Spring break is the best opportunity to invite your best friends to share your study abroad experience with you. So, why should you invite your friends to come abroad for spring break?
Here are just 3 quick reasons:
You can show them around your new “stomping grounds” and help them avoid learning things the “hard way”.
Your friends can stay for cheap! That is, if they're willing to cuddle up together on the floor. Just kidding, student hostels and homestays usually allow visitors for an extra $5-$10 per night. Way cheaper then getting a hotel.
When you come back to school from studying abroad, you can actually say, “Remember that one time in _____ we ______ ” and your friends will actually know what you’re talking about.
So what are you waiting for! Fire up an email, Facebook message or give a quick phone call to your favorite amigos and ask them to embark on some abroad escapades with you this Spring Break.
