Nightlife in Lima
For stuff to do at night in Lima, check out the amazing light shows at El Circuito Magico del Agua. Try the mojito at Cafe Bar Habana. Lima has everything from throbbing clubs to posh lounges like the Tai Lounge and Huaringas, to cozy bodegas. Good times can be had too at numerous venues off a small street between Parque Kennedy and Bellavista, known locally as the Calle de las pizzas; Old Pub, for example, is a British-style place to relax and enjoy a pint. For a more bohemian experience hit up the Cafe de la Paz right in front of the Kennedy Park. If disco is more your style then the Nebula is where you want to go. Lima also has fantastic jazz clubs including Jazz Zone. For other options try going to the Barranco neighborhood south of Miraflores. They have many clubs and cafes that are popular among college students looking for weekend fun in Lima. Be sure to get a Pisco Sour, the national drink of Peru.
