Nightlife in Paris
One wonderful tradition in Paris at night is simply taking a seat for a glass of wine at one of Paris’s many sidewalk cafes. For weekend fun you can’t beat the excellent people-watching on Boulevard St. Germain and Boulevard St. Michel. Popular dance clubs around the city include La Scene Bastille, Scens, La Gibus, and La Rex. Le Duplex features three floors of dance fun. Top American, French, and European jazz performers always find a happy home in Paris. The city definitely rivals New York for jazz talent. Check out the sets at Le Petit Journal, New Morning, Le Sunside, and Bar le Houdon.
