Things to do in Copenhagen
The Rosenborg Castle is a real beauty and a landmark of Copenhagen. Carlsberg Brewery is a fun place to visit and take a tour. Most college students take a trip here and sample the two free tastings. For museums, Bakkehus Museum and Museum of Copenhagen are the most notable places to go to. The Royal Theater, or new Opera as it is often referred to as, is a great place to take in a play or opera. There are also many great nature walking paths and fun places to go swimming along the Baltic Sea. The two oldest amusement parks in the world are both located in Copenhagen. Check out Bakken or Dyrehavsbakken and ride one of the oldest roller coasters with a beautiful beach park scenery.

Copenhagen is best known for its bars. This city is a bit more relaxed in its nightlife. So you won’t find as many crazy wild nightclubs here. But what you will find is a more intimate good old time. And there are some great festivals throughout the year that make nightlife here a lot of fun. Beer bars, wine cellars, and rowdy pubs make this city so much fun. Sweden is a boat ride or train ride away and very close to Copenhagen. Germany and Norway are also just a train ride away. Both countries have lots of fun and exciting things to do and see.
