New Orleans’ biggest attraction is Mardi Gras, which brings in tourists yearly for the famous parade and crazy parties. Each years Mardi Gras dates are posted far in advance, so make sure to book your flight and hotel accordingly! Although New Orleans is mostly known as a party city, it also has also many fun activities to occupy you during the day. Some top spots to visit include the Audubon Zoo, National D-Day Museum, and a Haunted House/Ghost Tour.

Nightlife in New Orleans

This is one city that has perfected the art of partying and can definitely show for it. Some of city’s best night spots include Tipitina’s, Maple Leaf, Pat O’ Brien’s, and the Rock’N'Bowl. There are plenty of places to spend a night out, including pubs and bars, and some especially good jazz and blues clubs, as New Orleans is home to these types of music.

Food in New Orleans is a big part of the city’s charm. From the French infused cuisine, to a taste of Creole recipes, New Orleans is filled with a variety of delicious eateries. Some top places include La Provence, Bayona, Stella!, and Herbsaint.
