Naples
Naples, located in Southern Italy, is one of the country’s most famous and cultured cities. When on a flight into the city, images range from the distant Mount Vesuvius to the beautiful gulf of Naples. Natives speak in a blend of Italian and Napulitano, though speaking traditional Italian is acceptable for visitors. Naples is the place to experience an artistic Italian culture with a deep Mediterranean influence. The city is easily accessible by air from ports around the world or by trains that run through Italy into Napoli Centrale, the city’s main station.
